How much time commitment is required?

Completely flexible! You set your own availability. Most contributors take 1 to 2 calls per month (each call is only 30 minutes).

Is there preparation required before a session?

No homework or lectures required. Before every call, the younger participant submits their situation and specific question, so you already know what chapter they are curious about.
